Current Open Positions

  • Location: Auckland
    Employment Type: Full time (35 hours/week)
    Application Deadline: 12 September 2025

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire a small, committed team of CSWs working from a strengths-based approach. 

    • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with our maternal mental health contract and values.

    • Work closely with mothers and their whānau to build trust, connection, and engagement. Visiting clients in their homes or nominated place providing support where it’s needed most

    • Work alongside health professionals and social agencies to deliver care and support māmā and tamariki. 

    • Monitor performance and outcomes to meet service delivery standards and contractual obligations. 

    This role requires a strong commitment to delivering outcome-focused, culturally responsive support services that make a lasting difference.

    What we’re looking for: 

    We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who brings both heart and expertise to the role. The ideal candidate will have: 

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small, dedicated team. 

    • Experience in mental health services, ideally within a maternal mental health setting. 

    • Understanding of Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora contracts and how to deliver services that meet these standards. 

    • A proactive mindset with strong process improvement and initiative-taking abilities. 

    • A positive, flexible, and dependable attitude, grounded in empathy and compassion. 

    • Cultural competency and a commitment to working respectfully with diverse communities. 

    • Strong advocacy skills to champion the needs and rights of clients. 

    • Effective problem-solving abilities and a calm, solutions-focused approach. 

    • A commitment to safeguarding client wellbeing, with consistent monitoring and support. 

    • Attention to detail, especially in record-keeping and outcome measurement. 

    • Confidence in implementing policies and procedures, including child protection and client confidentiality.
